1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any service provided by 788jl (operated at https://788jl.cam), you ("the Player," "User," or "You") acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the 788jl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 788jl platform. 788jl reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. 3 Account Registration & Security

4.2 Currency

All transactions on the 788jl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the exchange rate applicable at the time of transaction. 788jl is not responsible for any foreign exchange fees or currency conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

5 Bonuses & Promotions

788jl offers a range of promotions and bonuses to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all 788jl promotional offers unless specific promotion pages state otherwise:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to registered players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing. 788jl reserves the right to exclude any player from promotions at its sole discretion.

10 Limitation of Liability

In all cases, 788jl's aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to 788jl in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

11 Termination & Account Closure

788jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account with or without prior notice in the event of any actual or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions, or in response to a request from a regulatory authority. In the event of account termination for cause, 788jl reserves the right to void all active bonuses and to withhold any funds pending investigation.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting 788jl customer support. Upon voluntary closure, 788jl will process the withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and compliance requirements.

12 Amendments to These Terms

788jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 788jl will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Where changes are required by regulatory mandate or for urgent security reasons, they may take effect immediately without prior notice.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's designated dispute resolution body, or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines with competent jurisdiction.
